About Lawrence J. Szabo
Mr. Szabo was born and raised in Los Angeles and he has spent his entire career working in the Southern California area. Aside being licensed as an attorney, he has been licensed as a real estate broker and a Class B general contractor in California. For more than 40 years his law practice has been devoted to business, real estate, and homeowners association legal matters. He has been a member of various homeowners associations and he has served as an officer and a director of homeowners associations. He is also certified as a dispute resolution mediator.
